The most central is Gaviota, where you can sip cocktails to the sound of the hotel’s waterfall splashing.

The bar and restaurant offering is impressive, with everything from a Mexican à la carte to three swim-up bars on the cards. As for the main restaurant, it’s a buffet affair with loads of local dishes on offer. There's a beach bar, too.
